What we collect
When you order, we collect what we need to get your hat to you: your name, shipping
address, email, and payment details (processed securely through Shopify Payments — we never
see or store your card number).

What we do with it

• Fulfill and ship your order (your name and address go to our print partner, Printify,
so they can make and ship your hat)
• Send order updates and tracking
• Answer your emails at support@loser.team

What we never do
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
